Nominees

If, in connection with the mailing of the Notice of Pendency, you provided the Claims Administrator with a list of names and addresses of Class Members, DO NOT resubmit those names and addresses. Copies of the Postcard Notice will be forwarded to those Class Members by the Claims Administrator.

If, in connection with the mailing of the Notice of Pendency, you requested that the notices be sent to you for forwarding by you to Class Members WITHOUT providing the names and addresses to the Claims Administrator, you will be mailed the same number of Postcard Notices to forward to those Class Members.

If you require a different number of copies than you requested in connection with the mailing of the Notice of Pendency, please send an email to info@TheHonestCompanySecuritiesLitigation.com and let the Claims Administrator know how many Postcard Notices you require. You must mail the Postcard Notice to the beneficial owners within ten (10) calendar days of your receipt of the Notices. Please note, in the Notice of Pendency, you were advised that if you elected to forward the notice, you must retain your mailing records for use in connection with any further notices that may be provided in the Action.

If you NEITHER previously submitted names and addresses of Class Members NOR requested notices to send to Class Members, as outlined above, OR if you have names and addresses of Class Members that were not included in your previous submission to the Claims Administrator, you MUST submit a request for Postcard Notices or submit the names and addresses of Class Members to the Claims Administrator, no later than ten (10) calendar days from receipt of this notice. If you request copies of the Postcard Notices for forwarding by you, they must be mailed to the beneficial owners within ten (10) calendar days of your receipt of the notices from the Claims Administrator.

If you are providing an additional list of names, addresses and email addresses to the Claims Administrator:

  1. Compile a list of names, last known addresses and email addresses of the beneficial owners that purchased or otherwise acquired Honest publicly traded common stock during the period between May 5, 2021 through August 18, 2021, inclusive.
  2. Prepare the list in Microsoft Excel format using the template for submitting mailings data here. Failure to use this template may delay the submission of the mailing data.
  3. Then do one of the following:

    1. Burn the Microsoft Excel file(s) to a CD or DVD and mail the CD or DVD to:

Expense Reimbursement:

Upon full and timely compliance with the above directions, Nominees may seek reimbursement of their reasonable expenses actually incurred in complying of up to $0.10 per name/address provided and up to $0.10 plus postage at the Claims Administrator’s rate for bulk mailings by providing the Claims Administrator with proper documentation supporting the expenses for which reimbursement is sought. Nominees whose research yields no records, or a minimal number of beneficial owners, may ask the Claims Administrator to consider an upward adjustment for the reasonable costs incurred to perform their research. Properly documented expenses incurred by Nominees in compliance with these instructions shall be paid from the Settlement Fund, with any unresolved disputes as to the reasonableness or documentation of expenses subject to review by the Court. Please submit your invoice within one month of completing the mailing or providing your file and send it to info@TheHonestCompanySecuritiesLitigation.com. Be sure to include the case name and “Reimbursement” in the subject line of your email.
